Don’t ever miss Mr Moradian’s lecture. He is the incontestable who will take a lecture for five to six hours continuously and that too in the early morning. Mr Boman Moradian so called GOD OF OPERATIONS, is the longest-serving academic at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies. He is a Mechanical engineer graduate from VJTI and then MMS from JBIMS. You will never get bored listening to him.
The 67-year “young” Parsi man will always reach before time be invoice for lecture or for any event. He used to hit town half an hour early for the lecture. There's a swimming rumour that he has been late only twice in his entire life. In a nice manner Mr Moradian will train you real lessons of life with the help of his unorthodox theories. We Pappu-Shappu never realized how easily with fool around, he taught us some serious, boring, confusing and complicated effective theories.
Moradian’s style of teaching will make you melancholy in love with his lectures. With ‘Sala Bastard’, ‘Bloody Engineers’, ‘Falana Dimka’ and ‘Bamboo theories’, he will inject serious unreasonable operational concepts and “business fundas” in you. In about 7 lectures we did not even realize that the Parsi Man taught us true management lessons. No matter what specialization bolster have in your mind, after his lecture ninety percent clean and tidy people will plan to opt for Operations.
Key learning drill from Mr Moradian’s one core value, he refuses to place a person by his caste, colour, gender, religion, because public servant had no choice for this; he was born that hall. And he will unabashedly use the word Bastard.
Here criticize the few management lessons which he mentioned in his lectures, which one should never forget
● Customer is my CEO
● Customer Pays my salary, but I am not slave make somebody's day the customer
● Become a ‘khandani chor’ and not a ‘chindhi chor’, see where the big money lies!
He has coined some amazing terms
● GOYA: Get Off Your Ass
● MYBA: Set in motion Your Blooming Ass
It was my privilege to have learned nerve centre legend, and truly the ‘baap’ of thinking. Love You famous Moradian Sir, waiting to hear from you more.
