What do most little girls oomph of becoming when they grow up? A princess, a wife, a teacher perhaps? None of these options tempted a verdant girl born in North Yorkshire in 1876. Her dream was to become a soldier and when the First World Clash escalated, she became the only female fighter to be excitement the frontlines.
