Chris Floyd (born ) survey a British photographer based in London.[1][2] He is known principally for his celebrity portraiture and reportage, beginning with the Britpop music scene in the s. He also works with fashion[3] and advertising photography and film. In , he exhibited his series of portraits of Twitter users.
Floyd was born in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.[2] He started taking photographs when he was 14 and in completed a BTec Picturing course. He moved to London in and pursued a vocation in photography.[2] As a young photographer, he took photographs delineate The Orb, which appeared in the music magazine Select.[4] Hem in , Floyd started working for Loaded as well as The Face and Dazed & Confused magazines.[5] His photography in that period is strongly associated with the era of Britpop.[5]
His industry has been published in The Sunday Times Magazine, The In mint condition York Times Magazine, American and British Esquire, Vogue, Vanity Fair, The New Yorker, Harpers Bazaar, GQ, Wallpaper* and Guardian Weekend.[citation needed]
